These terms and conditions apply to bookings at La Huella Glamping and to both of its units, Tiny House Liebre and Tiny House Puma, in San Carlos de Bariloche.
1. Bookings and payments
To confirm your booking we require a 50% deposit, paid via Mercado Pago (debit card or account balance) or bank transfer.
Your booking is not confirmed, and the dates are not held, until the deposit payment has been received.
Guests have a maximum of 48 hours from when the bank details are sent to make the payment. If the deposit has not been received within that time, the booking request will be cancelled automatically and the dates will become available again.
The remaining balance is paid at check-in, by bank transfer in Argentine pesos or in US dollar cash, as agreed at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations and date changes
The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
Your stay may be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least 21 days before the arrival date.
If the stay is rescheduled, the amount paid will be held as credit for a new stay within the same season as the original booking, subject to availability and current rates. Any rate difference must be paid.
Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
3. No-shows and early departures
If you do not show up, or leave before the end of your stay, no refunds will be given for unused nights.
4. Weather conditions
Flight cancellations or changes in the weather do not automatically entitle you to a refund. Each case will be assessed according to the booking conditions and applicable regulations.
5. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, at the Puerto Pireo reception (Bustillo km 17.100). If you will arrive later, please let us know in advance.
Check-out: by 11:00 am.
6. Stay and capacity
The usual minimum stay is 2 nights and may vary by season and on special dates.
Each Tiny House sleeps 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old. Babies up to 2 years old stay free of charge, and a travel cot is available at no cost on request.
7. Pets
We are pet friendly. An extra charge applies per pet, per stay, and is shown when you book.
